We dive into what it looks like to be in alignment with your values (aka what matters to you in life) & your goals. We speak about why it's important that your actions align with what you SAY you're going to do & what you value.

We also break down your goals into smaller ACTIONABLE steps & get clear on who you need to become & how you need to show up to reach them.

 

Module 3 - Beliefs & identity

We dive into how your limiting beliefs are formed, how they play out in your adult life & hold you back & how to start spotting & dissolving them so you can move forward without resistance & self doubt.

 

Module 4 - Shadows & your image/concept of self

We dive into what shadows are, how they play out in your life & limit you, how the ego creates your concept of self & the ways it fiercely protects that image - ways that hold you back greatly. We then uncover a buttload of blindspots so you can begin to dissolve your unhealthy behaviours/traits etc & be LESS TRIGGERED & judgemental.

 

Module 5 - Triggers & projection

In this call we look into the mirror and start to see where our triggers stem from & the stories we unconsciously create about said triggers. We uncover how to spot when we're projecting or when someone else is projecting onto us.

 

Module 6 - Nervous system & stress management

In this module we dive deeeep into learning about the nervous system, it's defence mechanisms, it's importance in personal development & self awareness work & how to regulate it - which leads to a healthier, less reactive, less overwhelming life.

We also dive into stress & how to manage stress so you can have more energy & vitality.

 

Module 7 - Patterns

In this module we uncover your unhealthy patterns, cycles & behaviours that you're struggling to break.

Module 8 - Integration
